tablets Levofloksatsin-Tev are shown for treatment of the infections caused by microorganisms, sensitive to a levofloksatsin:

• sharp bacterial sinusitis;
• exacerbation of chronic bronchitis;
• community-acquired pneumonia;
• complicated infections of leather and soft tissues (in case of treatment of above-mentioned infections, medicament is used only when use of other antibacterial agents which usually appoint for initial treatment of these infections is impossible);
• complicated infections of urinary tract (including pyelonephritis);
• chronic bacterial prostatitis;
• uncomplicated cystitis;
• inhalation anthrax: post-contact prevention and treatment.

Structure

Active ingredient: levofloxacin;

1 tablet Levofloksatsin-Tev on 250 mg contains 256.23 mg of a levofloksatsin of the gemigidrat that is equivalent to 250 mg of a levofloksatsin;

1 tablet Levofloksatsin-Tev on 500 mg contains 512.46 mg of a levofloksatsin of the gemigidrat that is equivalent to 500 mg of a levofloksatsin;

Excipients: the sodium stearylfumarating krospovidon, silicon dioxide colloidal, kopolividon, cellulose microcrystalline, Opadry II cover pink 31K34554.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to a levofloksatsin, other ftorkhinolona or to any component of medicine;
• epilepsy;
• injury of a sinew connected with the previous application of ftorkhinolon;
• children's age;
• period of pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Route of administration

Pill Levofloksatsin-Tev is taken by 1 or 2 times a day. The dose depends on type, weight of an infection and sensitivity of the probable activator.

Symptoms: violations from the central nervous system (confusion of consciousness, dizziness, violation of consciousness and convulsive attacks, hallucinations and a tremor) of violation from digestive system (nausea and an erosion of mucous membranes) the lengthening of a QT interval is possible.
