We also minimized distortion of light sections on the periphery of the image. Each lens undergoes fine tuning to conform to the royal standards of the G Master series.

Optical APD element is a special filter in which the amount of the passed light gradually decreases from the center to edges. It softens edges of point images, creating smooth, fascinating effect a side on back and front plans with the minimum doubling.

Improved effect a side with a 11-lobe diaphragm

Original circular diaphragm of Sony received 11 lobes and became more roundish. We remade a design and changed materials that in completely and partially open position the diaphragm had the most rounded shape. Thanks to accurate following to standards it became much simpler to achieve effect STF side.

Macrographs with high detailing

As one of the main features of this lens is an opportunity to create effect a side, it is equipped with a macromode ring. With its help the lens can be transferred to the macrorange in which a side looks most effectively. The minimum focal distance in the macromode makes 0.57 m (1.87 feet) with the maximum increase 0.25x. Permission at the same time does not worsen.
