Use of magnesium alloy as tube material for reduction of its weight and the pylevlagonepronitsayemost providing, in addition, working capacity at a temperature up to -10 °C is guaranteed that this new lens will become the reliable assistant to professional photographers.

Ultrahigh quality of pictures

Lens consists of 16 lenses in 10 groups, including one of the Super ED glass and two — of the ED glass thanks to what the chromatic aberration decreases and the excellent quality of pictures is reached. The lens from the super ED glass serves, in particular, for decrease in the fluctuations leading to a chromatic aberration depending on distance to the subject. The lens allows to remove with the minimum focal distance 1.4 m, the maximum 0.22-fold increase and also to make a telephoto shooting with charming a side.

Effective stabilization of the image

Lens is equipped with powerful stabilization of the image, to equivalent 5 steps of exposure (according to the recommendations of CIPA). It allows to implement completely the potential of high resolution of GFX even in the telephoto range when the picture jitter can become quite notable.
