Lekadol Long – nonsteroid anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic drug.

to symptomatic treatment of a dorsodynia and muscles, rheumatic pain, pain at easy forms of arthritises, headaches, including in migraine, a toothache, a dysmenorrhea, symptoms of cold, flu and fever.

Structure

• 1 tablet, film coated, contains 200.00 mg of an ibuprofen and 500.00 mg of paracetamol;
• other components: corn starch, krospovidon (E 1202), silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous (E 551), povidone (E 1201), starch prezhelatinizirovanny, talc (E 553b), stearic acid;
• cover: polyvinyl alcohol (E 1203), talc (E 553b), macrogoal 3350 (E 1521), titan dioxide (E 171).

Contraindication

• to patients with individual hypersensitivity to an ibuprofen, paracetamol or to other components of medicine;
• to patients with existence in the anamnesis of hypersensitivity reactions (for example, a bronchospasm, a Quincke's disease, bronchial asthma, rhinitis or a small tortoiseshell) after reception of an ibuprofen, aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicaments (NPVS);
• in a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum/bleeding in an active form or at a recurrence in the anamnesis (two and more expressed episodes of a peptic ulcer or bleeding);

Adult to apply

on 1 tablet up to 3 times a day with an interval between receptions not less than 6 hours. To wash down tablets with water.

If 1 tablet does not eliminate disease symptoms, it is necessary to apply 2 tablets in reception, but no more than 3 times a day. The interval between receptions has to be not less than 6 hours. It is not necessary to take more than 6 pill (3000 mg of paracetamol, 1200 mg of an ibuprofen) in day.

Feature of use

with care to patients with a heavy renal and liver failure. The risk of overdose of paracetamol is higher at patients with a netsirrozny alcoholic disease of a liver. At overdose it is necessary to see immediately a doctor even if the patient feels well, because of risk of the serious damage of a liver delayed in time.

Drivers

Medicine has insignificant influence on ability to run vehicles or to work with other mechanisms. After reception of NPVS there can be such side reactions as dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue and a disorder of vision. The patients noting such reactions should abstain from control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms.

Overdose

Paracetamol

Symptoms of overdose of paracetamol in the first 24 hours are the pallor, nausea, vomiting, a fastidium and an abdominal pain. Damage of a liver can be shown in 12–48 h after overdose that is expressed in a deviation of functional trials of a liver. There are disturbances of metabolism of glucose and a metabolic acidosis.

Ibuprofen.

most of the patients applying clinically significant amount of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicaments can have a nausea, vomiting, pain in epigastric area or is very rare – diarrhea. There can also be a sonitus, headaches and gastrointestinal bleeding. In more serious poisoning there can be toxic damages of the central nervous system in the form of drowsiness, sometimes nervous excitement and a disorientation or a coma.

Side effects

from blood and lymphatic system: violations of a system of blood formation (Agranulocytosis, anemia, aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, neutropenia, pancytopenia and thrombocytopenia).

from the immune system: the reactions of hypersensitivity including urticaria and an itch, heavy reactions of hypersensitivity.

from mentality: complexity of consciousness, depression and hallucinations.

from nervous system: headache, dizziness, paresthesias, optic neuritis and drowsiness, aseptic meningitis.
