Lecithin is a complex of phospholipids and nonsaturated fatty acids, is the main construction material of cellular membranes.
It is fundamental chemical for formation of intercellular space, normal functioning of nervous system, normal working activity of brain cages, serves as one of the main materials of a liver. Lecithin is necessary for an organism as construction material for updating of the damaged cages. 50% of a liver, 1/3 brain isolating and protective fabrics surrounding a head and spinal cord consist of lecithin.
B5 Vitamin (pantothenic acid) promotes transformation is well-cared, the lecithin which is a part, in acetylcholine which is one of the major neurotransmitters.
