Ambroxol a hydrochloride – active ingredient of medicine – strengthens discharge of pulmonary surfactant that leads to fluidifying of a phlegm in airways at the sharp and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases connected with violations of removal of viscous slime.

Has anti-inflammatory effect, reduces pain and reddening at treatment of diseases of the upper airways.

Indications

Contraindication

Lazolvan® with strawberry and creamy taste, syrup, patients cannot apply with hypersensitivity to Ambroxol to a hydrochloride or other components of medicine.

Route of administration and doses

Children under 2 years: 1.25 ml 2 times a day.

Children aged from 2 up to 5 years: 1.25 ml 3 times a day.

Children aged from 6 up to 12 years: 2.5 ml 2-3 times a day.

Adults and children are more senior than 12 years: 5 ml 3 times a day during the first 2-3 days and then 5 ml 2 times a day.

If necessary the therapeutic effect for adults and children can be more senior than 12 years is enhanced by increase in a dose up to 10 ml 2 times a day.

Structure

Active ingredient: Ambroxol hydrochloride; 5 ml of syrup contain Ambroxol of a hydrochloride 30 mg.
