The raw material for the production of cereals and flour is food grain sorghum (one of the oldest cereal crops on planet Earth), which is grown in Ukraine under full control of the process by the company, from the moment of cultivation to the moment of processing into finished products and is an internal national product of Ukrainian crop production.

Sorghum flour and cereals are a gluten-free, dietary, 100% natural product for consumers of almost any age, the manufacturing process of which eliminates the inclusion of “third-party” gluten in the finished product. This is achieved through the use of processing equipment for only one agricultural crop - grain food sorghum, which is initially, in itself, gluten-free.
