Krinon gel of vaginal 8% is shown for:

Treatment of infertility, caused by insufficiency of a lyuteinovy phase;
Treatment of infertility within the IVF procedures (fertilization of in vitro): at patients with normal ovulatory cycles in which infertility is connected with diseases of pipes, endometriosis or idiopathic pathologies.

Structure

Active ingredient: progesterone;

1 applicator (1.125 g of the gel available to input) contains 90 mg of progesterone (8% of m/m);

Excipients: glycerin, oil a mineral lung, the hydrogenated glycerides of palm oil, carbomer 974P, sorbic acid, polikarbofit, sodium hydroxide, water purified.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or to any excipient of medicine;
Uterine bleedings of not clear etiology;
Known or expected malignant tumors of mammary glands or genitals;
Porphyria;
Thrombophlebitis, thromboembolic disorders, sharp disorders of cerebral circulation - existing or in the anamnesis;
Abortion which did not take place.

Route of administration

Treatment of the infertility caused by insufficiency of a lyuteinovy phase. After the established ovulation or alternatively for the 18-21st day of a cycle enter contents of 1 applicator (1.125 g of 8% of gel) daily.

At application within the IVF procedures. After laboratory confirmation of pregnancy enter contents of 1 applicator (1.125 g of 8% of gel) daily within 30 days.
