Description

HANDLE – the products use a strong handle for easy carrying of chairs.
EYELETS - holes treated with stainless steel eyelets for air removal, creating the effect of a “breathing chair”.
SEAMS – all chairs use double seams: for internal stitching of parts and finishing external seams. This significantly increases the strength of the entire product.
COVER – all our frameless chairs are equipped with internal covers. For leather/zam products, 1 non-removable cover is used (sewn into all seams for reinforcement). Since the leather does not need to be washed and there is no need to remove it. In products made from all other fabrics, 2 internal covers are used: 1 – non-removable cover (sewn into the seams for strengthening) and 1 – removable cover (for removing and washing the top cover).
FILLER – foam balls with a diameter of 2-5 mm. Environmentally friendly material, has no foreign odors. A chair filled only with granules takes its shape well, but when it takes on the full load from your body, it becomes quite rigid. Therefore, to avoid this effect, we add a softening additive to the filler - pieces of padding polyester. This also helps to reduce the degree of filler shrinkage.
LOCKS – strong locks are used in the chairs; in leather/zame products there is a system of two locks (an additional pocket with a lock to prevent the filling from spilling out).
EMBROIDERY – we develop and embroider various individual embroideries using German equipment: logos, names, cartoon characters and much more.
Do we provide a guarantee for all our chairs? 1 year. The warranty covers seams, zippers and eyelets.
