Description
The use of the Sensei chair is indicated:
- for the prevention of spinal column deformation;
- if there is a violation of posture;
- when sitting for a long time (during study or work);
- if you suffer from arthrosis-arthritis of the hip joints;
- for dysfunction of the lumbar spine.
Differences between a regular chair and the Sensei orthopedic model:
- Body weight vector . On a simple chair? body weight falls on the lower back, ? on your feet. On an orthopedic, body weight is distributed as follows: lower back - 2/3, legs - 1/3.
- Tension point. If a person sits on a simple chair, it is located in the upper part of the thoracic region, but when sitting on a Sensei, the tension point moves to the lumbar region.
- Asymmetrical sitting is harmful to the health of the back and correct posture. It is impossible on an orthopedic chair, but on a simple chair there are a variety of options.
- Tension of the hip joint capsule and ligaments. On an ordinary chair it is maximum, but on the Sensei it is completely absent.
- Impaired blood flow in the vein and artery in the thigh area. Regular stool: as the joint cross-section becomes smaller, blood flow worsens. Knee stool: since the cross-section of the vessels does not change, the blood flow does not change.
