Spray nasal Galazolin Kombi is shown at:

• congestion of a nose during sharp rhinitis;
• assistance to healing of skin around the nasal courses and injuries of a mucous membrane to a nasal cavity;
• vasomotorial rhinitis (rhinitis vasomotorica);
• violation of nasal breath after surgical interventions in a nasal cavity.

Structure

Active ingredients: xylometazoline; dexpanthenol;

1 ml 0.5 mg contain xylomethazolinum of a hydrochloride and 50 mg of a dekspantenol;

One dispersion of 0.1 ml of solution contains 0.05 mg xylomethazolinum of a hydrochloride and 5 mg of a dekspantenol;

Excipients: phosphate sodium dodecahydrate, potassium dihydrophosphate, a benzalkoniya chloride, water purified.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to xylomethazolinum of a hydrochloride, dekspantenol or any excipient;
• atrophic rhinitis (rhinitis sicca);
• transfenoidalny hypophysectomy and surgical interventions with exposure of a meninx in the anamnesis;
• sharp coronary diseases, including cardiac asthma;
• glaucoma;
• hyperthyroidism;
• accompanying treatment by MAO inhibitors and within 2 weeks after the termination of their application;
• period of pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Galazolin Kombi should be applied on one dispersion in each nasal course no more than three times a day. The dosage depends on individual sensitivity and clinical reaction.

Overdose

• from an organ of sight: passing disorder of vision.
• from a GIT: nausea.

Interaction

Simultaneous application about Tranylcyprominum, MAO inhibitors, three - or tetracyclic antidepressants or β-adrenoceptors can lead to increase in arterial blood pressure, owing to influence of these medicines on a cardiovascular system.

Should avoid simultaneous application xylomethazolinum with other sympathomimetic medicines (for example with ephedrine, pseudoephedrine) through their joint action.
