Interaction

At use of arginine of aspartate needs to be considered that combined use of Aminophyllinum with arginine can be followed by increase in content of insulin in blood; Spironolactonum with arginine — increase in level of potassium in blood.

Drug improves tolerance of cardiac glycosides, enhances effect of the medicines stimulating trophic processes in a myocardium; prevents development of the hypopotassemia caused by use of saluretics, corticosteroids, cardiac glycosides. At simultaneous use with kaliysberegayushchy diuretics and APF inhibitors the risk of development of a hyperpotassemia increases (it is necessary to control potassium level in blood plasma). Drug reduces sensitivity to cardiac glycosides.

Overdose
