Kardio - the Gift is an antitrombotichesky means. Acetylsalicylic acid, for treatment of acute and chronic coronary heart disease, prevention of a repeated thrombogenesis, primary prevention of thromboses, cardiovascular diseases.

Structure

• 1 tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid 75 mg;
• excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium hydroxide, starch corn, citric acid, magnesium stearate, opadray II 85F white.

Contraindication

• known or suspected hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid, others of salicylates, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicaments (NPVS) or to any component of medicine;
• tendency to bleedings (deficiency of vitamin K, thrombocytopenia, hemophilia);
• acute round ulcers;
• a renal failure of heavy degree [level of glomerular filtration <0.2 ml / with (10 ml/min.)];
• liver failure of heavy degree;
• heart failure of heavy degree;
• III pregnancy trimester.

Route of administration

Acute and chronic coronary heart disease

Recommended initial dose - 150 mg a day. A maintenance dose - 75 mg a day.

Acute myocardial infarction. unstable stenocardia

Recommended dose makes 150-450 mg, to apply as soon as possible after emergence of symptoms.

Prevention of a repeated thrombogenesis

Recommended initial dose - 150 mg a day. A maintenance dose - 75 mg a day.

Primary prevention of thromboses, cardiovascular diseases, such as sharp coronary syndrome at patients is more senior than 50 years which have factors of development of cardiovascular diseases.

Recommended preventive dose - 75 mg a day.

Tablet entirely, if necessary washing down with water. For ensuring fast absorption the tablet can be chewed or dissolved in water.

Feature of use

does not recommend prolonged use of medicine to patients of advanced age for treatment of pain, inflammation, fever or rheumatic diseases because of risk of gastrointestinal bleedings. Considering risk of gastrointestinal bleedings at patients of advanced age, it is necessary to apply with care low doses of acetylsalicylic acid to treatment of acute or chronic coronary heart disease, a stroke, prevention of a stroke or coronary heart disease.

Pregnant

during I and II trimester of pregnancy should not appoint the medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid without accurate clinical need. For women who can be pregnant women or are pregnant in the I and II trimesters of pregnancy, the dose of the medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid has to be as low as possible, and treatment duration - as it is possible well.

Drivers

Drug does not influence or slightly influences speed of response at control of motor transport and other mechanisms.

Overdose

Chronic poisoning with salicylates can have the hidden character as signs and symptoms its nonspecific. The moderate chronic intoxication caused by salicylates meets usually only after repeated receptions of high doses.

Side effects

from blood and lymphatic system: inhibition of aggregation of thrombocytes, lengthening of a bleeding time, occult bleedings, anemia with long-term treatment, hemolysis at congenital deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy.

from nervous system: headache, dizziness, drowsiness, intracerebral bleedings.

from organs of hearing and a vestibular mechanism: sonitus.

from a respiratory system: a bronchospasm at patients with asthma, an asthma, allergic reactions (rhinitis, congestion of a nose).
