Kardio aspirin – antitrombotichesky means

Indications

• Prevention of thromboses (prevention of a reoklyuziya) after aortocoronary shunting, transdermal translyuminarny catheter angioplasty and after arteriovenous shunting at the patients who are on dialysis.
• Prevention of a cerebrovascular stroke after emergence of predictable manifestations (tranzitorny ischemic attack).
• Reduction of risk of development of thrombosis of coronary vessels after a myocardial infarction (prevention of a repeated heart attack).
• Prevention of a myocardial infarction together with other measures of therapy at patients with very high risk of development of cardiovascular events (according to assessment of advantage and risk the attending physician).
• Unstable stenocardia.
• Prevention of arterial thromboses after operations on vessels.
• As part of standard therapy of an acute myocardial infarction.
• Prevention of vascular occlusion in an arterial occlusal disease.

Structure

• active ingredient: acetylsalicylic acid;
• 1 tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid 100 mg;
• other components: powdery cellulose, starch corn, methylacrylate copolymer (type A), sodium lauryl sulfate, polysorbates, talc, triethyl citrate.

Contraindication

• Hypersensitivity to salicylates and/or other anti-inflammatory medicaments or to any component of drug.
• Asthma in the anamnesis caused by use of salicylates or substances with similar action, especially NPVS.
• Hemorrhagic diathesis.
• Acute round ulcers.
• Liver failure of heavy degree.
• Renal failure of heavy degree.
• Stagnant heart failure of heavy degree.
• Combination with a methotrexate in a dosage of 15 mg/week or more.
• Last trimester of pregnancy.

Side reactions

At patients with severe forms of insufficiency glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy noted hemolysis and hemolytic anemia.

Because of anti-aggregation influence the use of ASK can increase risk of bleeding. Bleedings, such as perioperatsionny bleedings, hematomas, nasal bleedings, urogenital bleedings, odontorrhagias were observed.

Seldom or very seldom observed serious bleedings, such as gastrointestinal bleedings, a hemorrhagic stroke, especially at patients from uncontrollable AG and/or in case of simultaneous use of anticoagulants that in some cases can potentially threaten life.

Route of administration

If the doctor did not appoint other dosage, it is recommended to apply such doses.

Cardiovascular indications without aortocoronary shunting and transdermal translyuminarny catheter angioplasty: 1×100 mg/days

Prevention of thrombosis after aortocoronary shunting and transdermal translyuminarny catheter angioplasty: 100 – 300 mg/days

Prevention of a cerebrovascular stroke after emergence of the previous manifestations (TIA): 3×100 mg/days or 1×300 mg/days

Are recommended to take a pill with a small amount of liquid not less than 30 minutes to food. To request ½–1 a glass of water. To avoid release of active ingredient before achievement of the alkaline environment of intestines, tablets should not be split up, broken or chewed.

Acute myocardial infarction: in case of an acute myocardial infarction to apply 200–300 mg of acetylsalicylic acid in in/in or an oral form with fast release of acetylsalicylic acid (not kishechnorastvorimy form). Tablets of an enterosoluble form of acetylsalicylic acid should be crushed or chewed before use for achievement of faster absorption. After that it is necessary to apply daily 100 mg of the medicament Kardio Aspirin.

Feature of use

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast

during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy should not appoint the medicaments containing acetylsalicylic acid without accurate clinical need.

during the third trimester of pregnancy.

At the forced use according to indications during feeding by a breast should stop feeding by a breast in case of regular use of high doses (> 300 mg/day).

Children

to children and teenagers (up to 18 years) due to the lack of data on efficiency and safety of use of the specified category of patients.

Use of acetylsalicylic acid to children up to 16 years can cause heavy side effects (including Ray's syndrome, one of signs of which is constant vomiting).

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms

Aspirin Kardio does not influence speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms.
