Jeff Scott Soto (English Jeff Scott Soto; sort. On November 4, 1965, Brooklyn, New York, the USA) — the American rock singer of Puerto-Rican origin. Also the tourists-vocalist of the Journey group in 2006 — 2007 is most known as the vocalist of the first two albums Ingvi Malmstina (Rising Force and Marching Out). He also took active part in the Talisman groups (English) russk. (1989 — 2007; 2014) and Axel Rudi Pell (1992 — 1997). Now acts as solno (as the lead singer of own SOTO group), and as a part of the supergroups W.E.T., Sons of Apollo?! and Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Style of its vocal varies from a hard rock to power metal, having created under influence as classical soul singers — such, both Sam Cook, and rock singers, in particular Steve Perry and Freddie Mercury
