The composition of 1 ml of the drug contains the active ingredient: estradiol benzoate 0.2 mg. Excipients: peanut butter.

Pharmacological properties: estradiol is a benzoate-steroid hormone that regulates the development and activity of the reproductive system of females. The effectiveness of the drug is due to the interaction with the receptors of the cells of the central nervous system, endocrine and genital organs. With an increase in the concentration of estradiol in the blood, estrus is stimulated, and its increased concentration excludes the fertilization of the egg. Estradiol is hydrolyzed and inactivated by plasma esterases and liver enzymes, after which the metabolites are excreted in the bile. The elimination half-life in dogs is 60 minutes.
