Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics. inflamafertin has immunotropny effect: stimulates functional capacity of phagocytes of a mucous membrane and blood, increases synthesis of anti-inflammatory cytokines, affects activity of regulatory subpopulations of lymphocytes. at autoimmune diseases or syndromes reduces activity of immunodependent inflammatory process, increases quantity of cd4+/25+ — and cd8+/25+-cages, especially level silt-10 in blood plasma. medicine has the expressed anti-inflammatory and resorptional effect, reduces intensity of destructive, infiltrative and proliferative processes in the inflammation center. accelerates processes of epithelization, regeneration, prevents development of adhesive process. reduction of the phenomena of hypostasis and a spaykoobrazovaniye provides prevention of development of tube infertility. on influence on proliferative and exudative phases of inflammation significantly exceeds placenta extract.

Pharmacokinetics. Inflamafertin — a difficult complex of regulatory peptides, a part from which is in a free look or in the form of high-molecular proteins predecessors in a human body and animals, therefore studying pharmacokinetic parameters is not possible.

Indication

Prevention and treatment of female infertility which reason chronic inflammatory diseases (a salpingitis, an oophoritis, a perioophoritis, a salpingo-oophoritis, a parametritis) and also the specified morbid conditions which arise after abortions are. prevention and therapy of adhesive process after operations on bodies of a small pelvis. treatment of initial stages of autoimmune general diseases, in particular scleroderma and pseudorheumatism. medicament inflamafertin should be used in complex therapy of diseases which cornerstone the inflammatory component is.

Use

should administer the Drug the adult in oil on 2 ml (1 ampoule) every other day. in total on a course of treatment — 10 injections. at treatment of autoimmune general diseases it is recommended to take a 1-2 weeks break after each 5 daily injections. at an interval of 1 month it is possible to repeat several courses.

Contraindication

Increased individual sensitivity to medicine components. sharp infections, existence in the anamnesis of an allergy to animal protein.

Side effects

Most typical side reactions which note after the 3-4th injection are changes in the injection site, including hyperaemia, hypostasis, the naggers which connect with the effect of medicine causing development of anti-inflammatory reactions. in isolated cases the fervescence to subfebrile, namely 37-37.2 °c is possible. these reactions do not demand special treatment, however, if they cause trouble, it is possible to stop treatment for 3–5 days, then to graduate. such break does not influence the treatment outcome. after the termination of administration of medicine all side reactions independently pass within 2–5 days. at persons with hypersensitivity allergic reactions are possible.

Special instructions

Due to potentiality of emergence of allergic reactions with care to persons in whose anamnesis there are instructions on tendency to an allergy to animal protein. monitoring immunological observation at treatment of autoimmune diseases is desirable.

Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast. It is contraindicated to use medicament during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Children. Experience of application for children is absent therefore medicament should not be used in pediatric practice.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of vehicles and work with other mechanisms. Clinical trials did not reveal influence of medicine on ability to steer vehicles and to work with other mechanisms.
