Little Richard (Little Richard; real name Richard Wayne Penniman; was born on December 5, 1932) — the cult American singer, the pianist and the composer who stood at the origins of a rocknroll.
Little Richard was born in a large Black family in Macon, the State of Georgia. In Litl Richard fate his contract with Specialty Records label in 1955 became rotary – he recorded the Tutti Frutti song. Pesnya developed from improvisation, Little Richard added the exclamation, most known in a rocknroll — "to you - Bam - luma - and - you-bem-boom!" not making any sense also wrote the text full of a slang which became for it soon characteristic and for the unusual listener. Expressional manner of playing a piano, an aggressive rhythm and vigorous exclamations of Little Richard enriched an early form of a rocknroll. Little Richard was always convinced that he was "an architect of a rocknroll", "the true king of a rocknroll". Behind the single "Tutti Frutti", other singles all become rocknroll classics one by one followed. All these songs were instantly rehashed by Elvis Presley, Buddy Halle, Gerry Li Lewis, Gene Vincent. In the same years he acted in 2 musical movies: "Dont Knock the Rock" and "The Girl Cant Help It". In 1957 there was the 1st and most successful album "Heres Little Richard". Poe to the same recipe made the following albums of 1958 and 1959. In October, 1957, being on tours in Australia, Little Richard unexpectedly for all declared that he stops the rocknroll career and from now on will devote the life to Christianity. Upon return to its America hardly, despite the contract with a label, it was succeeded to persuade on record of several new songs. In 1964 Little Richard returned for a short time to Specialty Records. In 1986 the singer one of the first enters "The Hall of Fame of a rocknroll". Since then the musician began to appear often in movies, at combined concerts, to register the duets with many performers (Elton John, Jon Bon Jovi, Jeri Li Lewis, etc.), he ceased to write down new material though he still occasionally gives concerts. At the same time Little Richard continues to preach and fulfill the priests duties.
