But strikes: music, reminding of the past of our culture, it is extremely modern. To words, people reach for songs by Tatyana Ivanovna as if to a source of water of life. It is visible, it is necessary in present time, and not as seasoning, and as daily bread. From 1924 to 1935 Tatyana Ivanovna was abroad: New York, Paris, Palma-di-Mallorca, London. In 1929 it is admitted to the American labor union of actors, she plays on stage of the New York "Theater of new playwrights". She with family (two children, the husband is the famous sculptor Dmitry Tsaplin) met a heat of Stalin repressions in Moscow in 1935. Then pre-war years, war, evacuation to Barnaul and Novosibirsk. These years it again on the stage, already as the singer. Her listeners are wounded fighters in numerous military hospitals. In 1943 – return to Moscow, hunger and cold of military and post-war years. 1947 – arrest. Single of the Lefortovo prison. Then – Vorkuta.
