"August" — the famous Russian rock group playing in style of hard N-hevi. One of the first groups of the Soviet Union which released in Melodiya a plate in style a heavy-metal (along with the groups "Black Coffee", "Cruise", "Master"). The first rock group which presented to the USSR at the international Metalmania festival (April, 1988, Katowice, Poland). "August" appeared on one stage with many foreign groups, including with groups from Germany "Kreator" and "Rage".
"Retaliation" – the second album of the August group released on a plate and group, the seventh since day of foundation (the first 5 albums are recorded, as magnetoalbums).
