Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics. suppositories hinofutsin have antifungal effect on ascomycetes of the sort aspergillus and the sort penicillium, barmy and yeast-like (candida albicans, etc.) mushrooms and also on dermatophytes. suppositories hinofutsin have antimicrobial effect of rather gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (streptococcus pyogenes, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, proteus vulgaris, corinebacterium diphtheriae, salmonella spp., escherichia coli) and also some protozoa (entamoeba histolitica, trichomonas vaginalis, lamblia intestinalis).

Drug shows moderate giperosmolyarny activity owing to which it absorbs vaginal discharge.

Pharmacokinetics. Chlorquinaldol at vaginal application is not absorbed and has no resorptive effect.

Indication

Treatment of a colpitis and vulvovaginitis of a fungal and nonspecific bacterial etiology.

Before application of a suppository needs Use

• through perforation of the blister packing to tear off 1 suppository in primary packing;

Drug is used at adult women vaginalno on 1 suppository within 20 days or on 1 suppository by 2 times a day within 10 days. Before application the suppository needs to be moistened with water. Therapy should be begun at the beginning of a menstrual cycle.

Thanks to a wide range of antimicrobic action at the mixed bacterial and fungal infection, especially in an initiation of treatment (before identification of infestants). it is desirable to avoid syringings during application of suppositories.

In vulvovaginal candidiasis in a complex with oral administration of tablets of nystatin for elimination of the centers of a candidosis infection to a GIT.

In nonspecific colpitises recommends combination therapy: intravaginalno suppositories Hinofutsin, and orally — the corresponding antibiotics of systemic action for oppression of an infection on sites of the urinogenital highway. At the same time it is necessary to treat the sexual partner.
