Hexosept spray for rotov. floor. 0.2% ball. 25 g

Hexosept spray, apply:

• in insignificant infections of an oral cavity, including candidiasis;
• as supportive application for prevention and treatment of an ulitis;
• at treatment of a sore throat and recurrent aphthous ulcers;
• for elimination of an unpleasant smell from a mouth;
• before carrying out surgeries in stomatology.

Structure

Active ingredient: Hexetidinum;

1 g of medicament Hexetidinum (in terms of 100% substance);

Excipients: sodium saccharin; citric acid, monohydrate; sodium hydroxide; glycerin; ethanol (96%); macrogoal lauryl ether; cineole (eucalyptole); left menthol; peppermint oil; the water purified.

Contraindication

• with hypersensitivity to Hexetidinum or to any other component of medicine;
• to patients with bronchial asthma or with any other respiratory diseases connected with the available hypersensitivity of airways. Inhalation can cause a bronkhokonstriktion;
• atrophic pharyngitis.

Route of administration

Adults and children of 6 years. Before use to remove a protective cap and to put on the spray a valve rod. Before the first use of medicine several times (4-6 times) to press a spray head before emergence of a disperse stream. Before each subsequent use to make 2 pressing that solution got to the spray and after pressing it was sprayed then medicine can be applied. During use to direct an exhaust outlet of the spray to an affected area of an oral cavity or throat and to press a spray head a forefinger from top to down. At use of medicine it is necessary to hold the breath, and to hold a cylinder vertically so that the spray was from above; it is impossible to use a cylinder in the turned situation.

After use from a rod of the valve and to wash with warm water; to put on a protective cap a cylinder.

Duration of treatment is defined by the doctor individually depending on severity and features of a course of the disease.

Feature of use

Pregnant

should not be applied during pregnancy or feeding by a breast, except for cases when the potential advantage of treatment for mother exceeds possible risks for fetation or the child.

Children

not to apply spray, to children up to 6 years.

Drivers

Medicine contains ethanol. Drivers are not recommended to drive the car within 30 minutes after medicine use.

Overdose

Ingestion of a large amount of spray makes sick therefore significant absorption will not happen.

Because of absorption of enough Hexosept medicine, spray, the drunkenness because of alcohol content can arise.

Concentration of Hexetidinum which is contained to Hexosept, spray is not toxic if to use medicine according to purpose.

do not have the cases of excessive use of Hexetidinum leading to emergence of hypersensitivity reactions.

in case of overdose should ask for medical care immediately.

Side effects

• from the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions, including a small tortoiseshell; Quincke's disease: allergic reactions, including a laryngospasm, a bronchospasm.
• from nervous system: an ageusia, a dysgeusia, change of flavoring feelings within 48 hours (the feeling of "sweet" can change twice on feeling of "bitter").
• from the respiratory system, bodies of a thorax and mediastinum: cough, short wind, laryngospasm.
• from a digestive tract: dryness in a mouth, a dysphagy, increase in sialadens, pain when swallowing. At accidental ingestion of medicament there can be gastrointestinal disorders, first of all nausea and vomiting.
• from skin and hypodermic cellulose: allergic contact dermatitis, angioedema.
• General disturbances and a state in the place of use: local reactions, including reversible discoloration of teeth and language; sensitivity of a mucous membrane, namely – burning, feeling of numbness; irritation (morbidity, feeling of heat, itching) language and/or mucous membrane of an oral cavity; decrease in sensitivity; paresthesia of a mucous membrane; inflammation; bubbles; developing of ulcers on a mucous membrane.

Interaction

interaction with other antiseptic medicines. Hexetidinum can be inactivated by alkaline solutions.
