Complex vitamin medicine of Kod-Omega-Plus is used in prevention of treatments of skin diseases, for strengthening of bone tissues and also joints at animals. Medicine can be applied in treatment of all known bone diseases.

Animals well eat this medicine from Gigi, it is quickly acquired. Kod-Omega-Plus contains in structure: powder of cod-liver oil and fish bones in the powdery, hydrolyzed form and also metilsulfonilmetan. Collagen II which is a part of Cod-Omega-Plus is capable to recover cartilages quickly. Polysaturated Omega-3 fatty acids are useful in prevention of dermatitis and osteoporosis.

1. Main features

1.1 One tablet (1600 mg) of Cod "Omega" Plus ® contain the following active agents: Dry n3 ® - the microencapsulated powdery extract of cod-liver oil 360 mg; Metilsulfonilmetan - MSM (natural source of sulfur) of 138 mg; Phoscalim ® - the hydrolyzed powder of fish bones 93 mg.
1.2 Cod "Omega" Plus ®, flat tablets of round shape, from light beige till brownish color, with the lung pleasant for dogs and cats, a smell and taste of cod-liver oil. Tablets can be with the separating line in the middle or without it.
1.3 Cod Omega Plus® are packaged on 90 or 21 tablets in plastic bags of the corresponding volume.
1.4 Temperature of storage: from ± 0 °C up to +25 °C. Relative humidity is no more than 75%.
1.5 Expiration date – 26 months from the date of production.

2. Pharmacological Cod "Omega" Plus properties ®

Pharmacological properties are defined by the active agents which are contained in composition of medicine.
Microencapsulated powder of extract of cod-liver oil (Dry n 3 ®) contains necessary polyunsaturated fatty acids "Omega 3" – eykozopentayenovy acid (EPS), dokozohexayenovy acid (DHS) and alpha and linolenic acid (ALA), and also vitamin A and vitamin D. This component of medicine helps to restore and keep health and quality of leather and wool.
Phoscalim® - the Hydrolyzed powder of a fish bone is produced in the course of enzymatic hydrolysis. Phoscalim ® contains 21-24% of calcium (Ca) and 10-12% of phosphorus (P), a small amount of collagen II of type, chondroitin sulfate, a glycosamine, selenium, manganese, zinc, copper, iron, cobalt, glycine, methionine, tryptophane, threonine, arginine, a leucine, valine, a lysine and glutamic acid.
Metilsulfonilmetan (MSM) – a source of natural or organic sulfur. MSM is responsible for circulation of ions, providing synchronous exchange of potassium and sodium in cellular membranes. MSM is an important component of food of wool and leather.

3. Application of Cod Omega Plus®

3.1 Cod "Omega" Plus ® are applied to prevention and treatment of diseases of leather and wool at dogs and cats, during change of wool is applied to elimination of allergichny dermatitis of different origin.
3.2 Application of Cod "Omega" Plus ®: Duration of application of Cod "Omega" Plus ® not less than 3 weeks.
— kittens and puppies up to 5 kg 1/2 tablets a day
— cats and dogs up to 10 kg 1 tablet a day
— dogs weighing from 10 to 30 kg 2 tablets a day
— dogs weighing over 30 kg 3 tablets a day.
3.3 Medicine can be used as addition or together with other symptomatic and antibacterial means.
