1. The gift certificate is the certificate to bearer (is not nominal), and any natural person who showed the certificate can buy with its help the goods (for the certificate sum) offered by the Motostyle company (motostyle.ua) in any point of sale. 2. Period of validity of the Certificate is limited and makes 6 months from date of issue. Date of issue surely has to be confirmed by the check about purchase of this certificate. 3. With use of the certificate the only purchase is possible. At purchase commission the face value of the certificate is written off entirely. In case the cost of purchase is less than the face value of certificate, the difference between cost does not return. In case the cost of purchase exceeds face value, the difference between the cost of goods and face value of the certificate is paid in addition. 4. At return of the goods bought with use of the certificate, return of means is carried out on the new certificate of the corresponding face value. 5. The certificate is not subject to return and exchange for money. 6. The buyer should keep the check for purchase of the certificate for confirmation of purchase in case of damage or other disputable situations. 7. In case of loss of the certificate, including plunder, the certificate cannot be restored, and money cannot be returned, due to the lack of personification of the person owning the certificate before loss.
