Pharmacological properties

Combined medicament of plant origin. has spasmolytic and soothing properties. has complex effect: central — sedative, caused by primary suppression of the ascending activating influences on a reticular formation of a brain, and peripheral — the spasmolytic, caused by oppression carrying out spazmogenny impulses to the smooth muscle cells located mainly in abdominal organs. the mechanism of soothing effect of medicament is caused by prevention and elimination of spasms of unstriated muscles and by that reduction of excitement of the nociceptive receptors which are stuffed up in them.

Indication

as antispasmodic in the peptic ulcer of a stomach, cholelithiasis and other diseases which are followed by spasms of unstriated muscles of abdominal organs and also in the bradycardia caused by a vagotonia.

Use

Inside till 10-15 drops 2–3 times a day.

Contraindication

Glaucoma, hypersensitivity to medicament components.

At overdose the feeling of dryness in a mouth, the mydriasis and other clinical symptoms characteristic of overdose by atropinopodobny and other cholinolytic means is possible
