Heparin sodium — anticoagulant of direct action, a natural antiagregantny factor of an organism, inactivating biogenous amines in fabrics, has moderate anti-inflammatory effect, improves microcirculation, interferes with a thrombogenesis, activates fibrinolytic properties of blood, promotes regeneration of connective tissue due to oppression of activity of hyaluronidase.

Dekspantenol — derivative _{5 vitamin B} — in skin turns into the pantothenic acid which is a part of coenzyme A which plays an important role in processes of acetylation and oxidation. Improving exchange processes, stimulates regeneration of the damaged fabrics.

Indication

Closed (without injury of skin) injuries and their consequences — hypostasis, a miositis, a tendinitis and a tendovaginitis, ligmamentit, a bursitis, hemorrhages, a bruise of soft tissues, strain of muscle, sinews and ligaments, an intermittent trauma and an overload of soft tissues (for example "the tennis player's elbow"); neuralgia of various origin; restriction of mobility of joints (for example humeroscapular periarthritis); an acute pain at diseases of superficial veins of the lower extremities (thrombophlebitis, phlebitis, a periphlebitis, a varicosity, trophic violations against the background of chronic venous insufficiency).

Use

Due to the ability of a dimethyl sulfoxide to enhance both specific activity, and toxicity of some medicines, it is necessary to avoid simultaneous putting other medicines for topical administration with Fitobene gel. The dimethyl sulfoxide strengthens effect of ethanol (alcohol slows down medicine removal) and insulin, acetylsalicylic acid, Butadionum; medicines of a digitalis, quinidine, nitroglycerine, antibiotics (streptomycin, Monomycinum, etc.), sensibilizes an organism to anesthetics.

Drug cannot be used along with Sulindac (NPVP) because of possible emergence of heavy toxic reactions (peripheral neuropathy).
