Method of application:
In the aromalamp - 2-5 drops on 15 sq.m of room space.
For inhalations – 1-2 drops, duration of the procedure is 4-7 minutes.
On aromamedalyon-2-3 drops.
For rinsings and compresses - 10-15 drops on 1 glass of boiled water.
In bathtubs - 4-7 drops of the oil which is previously mixed with emulsifier (1/4 — 1/3 glasses of milk, serums, solution of sea or kitchen salt).
In saunas - 4-5 drops on 15 sq.m.
For massage - 7-10 drops on 10 ml of basic oil, is possible with addition of 10 drops of rosemary oil (at traumatism, arthritises). - oil of an eucalyptus to mix
For a refleksomassazh with carrier oil in a proportion 1:1.
For enrichment of creams, tonics, shampoos — 3-10 drops on 5-10 ml of a basis.
