Tablets "Enerion ^® " are applied to treatment of a physical and mental asthenia which is followed by apathy and decrease of the activity. This medicine does not exclude need for prescription of antidepressants in case of confirmation at the patient of a depressive episode.

Structure

Active ingredient: sulbutiamine (one tablet contains 200 mg of a salbutiamin).

Excipients: anhydrous glucose, lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate, starch corn, starch corn, talc; film cover: white wax, sodium of a karmelloz, ethyl cellulose, glitserol monooleate, polysorbate 80, povidone, silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous, Natrii hydrocarbonas, sucrose, yellow decline of FCF (E 110), talc, titan dioxide (E 171).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any excipient of drug.

Route of administration

For oral administration.

for use only to adults: on 2-3 tablets a day. A pill should be taken entirely during a breakfast and in lunch time, washing down with enough water.

Feature of use

Pregnant women

Data on use of a salbutiamin to pregnant women are absent or are limited (less than 300 cases). Researches on animals did not reveal the direct or mediated toxic impact on reproductive function. As a precautionary measure it is desirable to avoid use of a salbutiamin during pregnancy.

Overdose

Symptoms: a case of reception of a large amount of medicament emergence of agitation with manifestations of euphoria and a tremor of extremities is possible. These symptoms are temporary.

Treatment: taking into account the diagnosis of the doctor the treatment of these symptoms can be symptomatic.
