ELLE is the international magazine about fashion, beauty and health, in translation from French "she" means. The Don Cossack Elena Lazareva immigrating from Rostov-on to Don became the publisher of the magazine. The first number "ELLE" appeared in France in 1945, in the USA in 1985.
