Side reactions

from organs of hearing and a vestibular mechanism: seldom – a ring in ears.

from the respiratory system, bodies of a thorax and mediastinum: seldom - dispnoe, a bronchospasm (mainly at patients with hyperreactivity of a bronchial system which is associated with bronchial asthma); frequency is unknown – a rhinorrhea.

from digestive tract: seldom – heartburn, stomatitis, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea; seldom – dyspepsia; frequency is unknown – an unpleasant smell from a mouth.

from nervous system: infrequently – a headache.

from a cardiovascular system: seldom – tachycardia, arterial hypotension; very seldom – hemorrhages.

from blood and lymphatic system: frequency is unknown – anemia.

from the immune system: seldom – hypersensitivity; very seldom - an acute anaphylaxis, anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reactions.

from skin and hypodermic cellulose: infrequently – an itch, urticaria, a dieback, rash, a Quincke's disease (Quincke's edema); frequency is unknown – eczema.

General violations: seldom – a hyperthermia; frequency is unknown – a face edema.

Seldom or never in connection with intake of Acetylcysteinum was reported about heavy reactions from skin (for example, Stephens-Johnson's syndrome and a Lyell's disease).

that leads to decrease of the activity of both medicines. Therefore the interval between use of these medicines has to be not less than 2 hours. It does not concern a tseffix and a lorakarbef.

At a concomitant use of nitroglycerine and Acetylcysteinum considerable hypotension and expansion of a temporal artery. In need of simultaneous use of nitroglycerine and Acetylcysteinum for patients it is necessary to control hypotension which can have difficult character, it is also necessary to consider possibility of headaches.
