Solution skin " ^{Dimexidum ®} " is applied:

• as a part of complex therapy of inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system: the pseudorheumatism, Bekhterev's disease deforming an osteoarthrosis (in the presence of defeat of periartikulyarny fabrics); at an arthropathy, strained muscles at a bruise, traumatic infiltrates, sharp and chronic osteomyelites, a streptoderma, purulent wounds, abscesses;
• in skin and plastic surgery, for engraftment replaced skin auto- and gomotransplantant and also for conservation of skin gomotransplantant.

Structure

Active ingredient - a dimethyl sulfoxide (1 bottle contains a dimethyl sulfoxide 50 ml).

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to drug;
• cardiovascular insufficiency, the expressed atherosclerosis, stenocardia, renal failures or a liver, a stroke, a myocardial infarction, comas, glaucoma, a cataract.

in the form of aqueous solutions (30-50% of concentration) to compresses, tampons.

Gauze napkins moistened with Dimexidum solution to impose

on affected areas, occupying adjacent healthy sites of skin, 1 time a day within 20-30 minutes. Over a napkin to impose a polyethylene film and cotton or linen fabric.

In diffusion streptodermas recommend compresses from 40-90% by medicine solution " ^{Dimexidum ®} ".

In pustulous diseases of skin to apply 40% solution.

In skin and plastic surgery to use bandages from 10-20% medicine solution on replaced skin auto- and gomotransplantata directly after operation and in the next days of the postoperative period before permanent engraftment of a transplant.

Overdose

Overdose of medicine can cause emergence of allergic reactions (urticaria, hypostasis) and strengthening of manifestations of side reactions.
