Structure

Active ingredient: dimethyl sulfoxide;

1 bottle contains a dimethyl sulfoxide 50 ml.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to drug. Cardiovascular insufficiency, the expressed atherosclerosis, stenocardia, renal failures or a liver, a stroke, a myocardial infarction, comas, glaucoma, a cataract.

Dimethyl sulfoxide strengthens effect of ethanol (alcohol slows down medicine removal) and insulin, acetylsalicylic acid, Butadionum; medicines of a digitalis, quinidine, nitroglycerine, antibiotics (streptomycin, Monomycinum), chloramphenicol, rifampicin, griseofulvin, sensibilizes an organism to anesthetics. It is necessary to consider strengthening by medicine of both specific activity, and toxicity of medicines. It is possible to apply together with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicaments in complex therapy of the deforming osteoarthrosis and pseudorheumatism; in a combination with antimicrobic means of local action (Linimentum Synthomycini) – for treatment of a streptoderma.
