Shampoo "Dermazol ® " is applied to treatment and prevention of damages of skin and the hair caused by barmy microorganisms of Malassezia (former name Pityrosporum) such as dandruff, chromophytosis (local), seborrheal dermatitis.
Structure
Active ingredient - ketokonazol (1 ml of shampoo supports a ketokonazol of 20 mg).
Excipients: kokodiyetanolamid, sodium a lauryl air sulfate, dinatrium a monolauryl air sulphosuccinate, a macrogoal of the 120th methylglucose dioleate, propylene glycol, the hydrochloric acid concentrated sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, butyl hydroxytoluene (E 321), imidourea, ponso 4R (E 124), CK D00923 fragrance, water purified.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to any of its components of shampoo.
Route of administration to apply towith
shampoo for 3-5 minutes On affected areas then to wash away water.
Treatment:
- dandruff and seborrheal dermatitis (seborrheal eczema) - 2 times a week within 2-4 weeks;
- a chromophytosis - daily within 5 days.
Prevention:
- dandruff and seborrheal dermatitis (seborrheal eczema) - every week or 1 every two weeks;
- a chromophytosis - daily within 3 days (single course of treatment) before a summer season.

Feature of application
. After topical administration on shampoo skin with ketokonazoly at non-pregnant women the concentration of a ketokonazol in blood plasma was not defined. Overdose
As medicine is appointed only for external use, development of overdose is not expected.
At accidental ingestion of treatment consists in application of the supporting and symptomatic actions. For prevention of aspiration it is forbidden to cause vomiting or to wash out a stomach.
Side effects
from the immune system: reactions of hypersensitivity, including a Quincke's disease and a small tortoiseshell.
from skin and hypodermic cellulose: an alopecia, xeroderma, change of structure of hair, rash, burning of skin, an acne, contact dermatitis, xeroderma, changes from skin, skin peeling strengthening, the increased fat content or xerasia, discoloration of hair (generally at patients with chemically injured or gray hair).
from an organ of sight: the raised dacryagogue, irritation of eyes.
from nervous system: dysgeusia (violation of flavoring sensitivity).
Infection and invasion: folliculitis.
