Structure

• active ingredient: deksketoprofen trometamol;
for injections the deksketoprofena of a trometamol of 36.9 mg contains
• 1 ml of solution that is equivalent a deksketoprofena of 25 mg (1 ampoule on 2 ml supports a deksketoprofen of a trometamol of 73.8 mg that is equivalent a deksketoprofena of 50 mg);
• other components: ethanol of 96%, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to a deksketoprofen, any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicament (NPVS) or to medicament excipients;
• in an active phase of a peptic ulcer or in bleeding, suspicion on them or in a recurrent peptic ulcer or bleeding in the anamnesis (not less than two confirmed facts of an ulcer or bleeding) or chronic dyspepsia;
• in gastrointestinal bleeding, other bleeding in an active phase or at the increased bleeding;
• in Crohn's disease or in nonspecific ulcer colitis;
• in bronchial asthma in the anamnesis;
• in heavy heart failure;
• in a renal failure of average or heavy degree (clearance of creatinine <50 ml/min.);
• in a heavy abnormal liver function (10-15 points on a scale of Chaylda-Pyyu);
• in hemorrhagic diathesis and other disturbances of fibrillation;
• in ІІІ a trimester of pregnancy and during feeding by a breast;
• use for the purpose of neuroaxial (intrathecal or epidural introduction (because of the ethanol content).

Route of administration

Adult. The recommended dosage makes 50 mg with an interval of 8-12 hours. If necessary to enter a repeated dose in 6 hours. The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 150 mg. Infusion needs to be carried out within 10–30 minutes.
