Active components

Biotin (vitamin B7, H or coenzyme R) is a water-soluble vitamin of group B, is capable to develop energy for our body. He helps to carry out proteinaceous and fat metabolism and participates in synthesis of many enzymes. With participation of biotin there take place processes of activation and transfer of CO2.

B7 Vitamin belongs to "beauty vitamins" and is responsible for transportation of sulfur atoms in structure of hair, skin and nails, providing thereby healthy outward of the person. It is noted that at patients with diabetes the exchange of glucose considerably improves at regular intake of B7 vitamin. Due to its role in production of glucose, biotin influences sugar level in blood therefore the level of biotin is inversely proportional to sugar level.
