Biotin, or vitamin H, B7 is a colourless crystal water-soluble vitamin of group B which works as a coenzyme in production and oxidation of fatty acids and carbohydrates. He also participates in metabolism of proteins, folic acid, pantothenic acid and B12 vitamin. Natural sources of biotin are: egg yolk, beef liver, kidneys, not polished rice, beer yeast, peanut, cauliflower and mushrooms. The lack of biotin of an organism of a dog leads to skin diseases, causes loss of wool and breaks pigmentation of integuments. The medicine Canvit Biotin H in tablets is intended for daily application as additive to the main diet of a dog and promotes maintenance of natural balance of biotin in an animal organism. As additional elements, medicine included B2 vitamin and zinc which participate in the same processes, as biotin. These substances promote faster achievement of effect of use of the medicine Canvit Biotin H.
