The medicine Canina Welpenkalk contains optimum amount of calcium and phosphorus in the ratio 3:1 that is an ideal ratio for puppies and it is picked up by practical consideration. Mineral substances, such as zinc, copper, iodine, manganese, cobalt, selenium also are a part of Welpenkalk. Velpenkalk is easily acquired and has to be given approximately from 6th week of life of a puppy daily until the end of growth period (approximately up to 15-18 months).
