On medical use of medicament

Indications:

Calendula tincture is applied locally as antiseptic at the infected (purulent) wounds, cuts, burns of skin and at inflammation of mucous membranes of an oral cavity, gums (stomatitis, an ulitis), drinks, tonsils (pharyngitis, a tonsillitis), inside — as bile-expelling means at diskineziya of biliary tract, cholangites, cholecystitises (as a part of complex therapy).

Contraindication:

Calendula at hypersensitivity to any of medicament components.

As alcohol is a part of drug, tincture is not recommended to be used inside throughout a long time and also to children aged up to 12 years and to women during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Route of administration:

Calendula tincture is accepted inside in 15-30 min. prior to food, diluting in a small amount of warm boiled water. if the doctor did not appoint other scheme of treatment, adults are recommended to use on 10 — 20 drops of tincture 3-4 times a day for 1 month. to children since 12 years — at the rate of 1 drop of tincture for 1 year of life. for rinsings of an oral cavity 1 teaspoon of a calendula of tincture is parted in a glass of warm boiled water.

Storage conditions:

at a temperature not higher than +25 degrees, protected from light and the place, inaccessible for children. at storage the loss of a deposit is allowed.

Side effects:

well, however at some patients at individual hypersensitivity the development of allergic reactions is possible (erubescences, rash, itching and so forth).
