Structure

Active ingredient: betamethasone Dipropionas;

1 g of solution, there correspond 0.500 mg to betamethasone;

Excipients: isopropyl alcohol, carbomer 934, sodium hydroxide, water purified.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to betamethasone or to other corticosteroids, or other components of medicine.

Viral infections, including vaccine-challenged reactions and chicken pox; viral skin infections (for example, herpes simplex, shingles, chicken pox); pink eels; rozatseapodibny (perioral) dermatitis bacterial dermatosis, including tuberculosis and syphilis of skin; not to apply fungus diseases, ophthalmologic diseases (Beloderm, is not intended for ophthalmologic application) under occlusive bandages (plaster)

Route of administration

Beloderm, spray skin, it is necessary to put 2 times a day from distance about 5 cm, way of one-two pressing, spraying on an affected area of skin or a hairy part of the head and to rub carefully. The volume of the solution which is emitted by one pressing is 0.1 ml.

Overdose

Excessive or long use of corticosteroids for topical administration can cause oppression of hypophysial and adrenal function that results in secondary insufficiency of adrenal glands and emergence of symptoms of a hypercorticoidism, including Cushing's syndrome. Acute symptoms of a hypercorticoidism are usually reversible.

At overdose showed the corresponding symptomatic treatment. If necessary it is necessary to carry out correction of electrolytic balance. In case of chronic toxic action gradual cancellation of GKS is recommended.

Side effects

Burning, an itch, irritation, xeroderma, a folliculitis, a hypertrichosis, an eel of a rash, hypopigmentation, an acne against the background of use of steroids, rozatseapodibny (perioral) dermatitis.

Interaction

Because of existence in quality of excipients of paraffin white soft and oils mineral, treatments in anogenitalny area can damage structure of latex condoms and reduce their safety when using during treatment.
