Project of remastering on EMI lasted four years, its purpose was how as much as possible to clean records from hindrances and noise, to make them more "transparent", and to reproduce at the modern listener the same feeling and "coloring" from a "digital" sound which earlier listeners could get from "vinyl" sounding - and that only on rather high-quality reproducing equipment. The project the leading sound engineers of EMI Allan Rouse and Guy Massey, the producer - George Martin directed.
Stereo-set turns on DVD with documentary video clips. The same clips are scattered on albums as additional tracks, but only not in the DVD format, and in the computer QuickTime format. Booklets with new photos and detailed data on records are attached to disks. Stereo-albums are released in the form of folding didzhipak.
