Structure

• active ingredient: fabomotizol;
• 1 tablet contains fabomotizol dihydrochloride of 10 mg;
• other components: potato starch, cellulose microcrystalline, StarLac® (lactoses monohydrate, starch corn), talc, silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous, magnesium stearate.

Contraindication

Individual intolerance of any components of medicine. Intolerance of a galactose, deficiency of lactase or sprue of glucose galactose. Period of pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Children's age aged up to 18 years.

Optimum single dose makes 10 mg, a daily dose – 30 mg which should be distributed on 3 receptions within a day. Duration of a course of treatment – 2–4 weeks.

In case of need according to the recommendation of the doctor can increase a daily dose of medicine to 60 mg, and treatment duration – up to 3 months.

Interaction with other medicines and other types of interactions

Fabomotizol does not interact with ethanol, does not influence hypnotic effect of thiopental. Enhances anticonvulsant effect of carbamazepine. Causes strengthening of anxiolytic effect of diazepam.
