Structure

• active ingredient: Acetylcysteinum;
1 tablet sparkling contains
• : Acetylcysteinum of 600 mg;
• other components: citric acid waterless, Natrii hydrocarbonas, adipic acid, povidone 25, the adipic acid micronized, aspartame (E 951), fragrance the lemon which is dried up by dispersion, 213 °841 (aromatic medicine, maltodextrin, the 4th triacetate (triacetin) (E 1518), alpha tocopherol (E 307)).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to Acetylcysteinum or any of excipients.

Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum in stages of aggravation, a pneumorrhagia, pulmonary bleeding.

Route of administration

Sparkling tablet should be dissolved in a glass of drinking water and to drink contents of all glass. Medicine needs to be accepted immediately right after solution preparation.

Adults and children of 14 years - 1 sparkling tablet of 1 times a day (an equivalent of 600 mg of Acetylcysteinum a day).

Feature of application

from digestive tract: seldom – vomiting, diarrhea, stomatitis, abdominal pain, nausea; seldom – dyspepsia; frequency is unknown – an unpleasant smell from a mouth.

from skin and hypodermic fabrics: infrequently – urticaria, rash, a Quincke's edema, an itch; frequency is unknown – eczema.

Use together with Acetylcysteinum of antibechics can increase stagnation of a phlegm because of oppression of a tussive reflex therefore indications to such combined treatment should be established especially carefully.

Activated carbon reduces efficiency of Acetylcysteinum.
