Arfazetin collecting – anti-diabetic medicine for treatment of diabetes ІІ like easy and moderately severe (as a part of complex therapy).

Structure

• active ingredients: bilberry ordinary run, haricots of an ordinary shutter of fruits, an eleuterococcus of a prickly rhizome with roots, a dogrose fruits, a horsetail field a grass, a St. John's wort a grass, flower camomiles;
contains
• 1 g of collecting: bilberries ordinary run – 0.2 g; a kidney bean of shutters of fruits – 0.2 g; an eleuterococcus prickly rhizomes with roots – 0.15 g; a dogrose of fruits – 0.15 g; a horsetail of a field grass – 0.1 g; a grass St. John's wort – 0.1 g; camomiles of flowers – 0.1 g

Contraindication

Arterial hypertension, dyskinesia of biliary tract, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis or chronic coloenteritis, nephrites, nefroza, nephrosonephrites, a hyper thermal syndrome, the increased excitement, epilepsy, acute infectious diseases, a myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, arrhythmia, an endocarditis, noncompensated diabetes, a serious illness of kidneys, cholelithiasis

Side reactions

from nervous system: excitement, sleep disorder, irritability, disturbing condition, lowering of working capacity.

Dermatological reactions: allergic reactions, including hyperaemia, rash, an itch, a cutaneous dropsy, a photosensitization.

from a cardiovascular system: increase in the ABP, tachycardia.

from an urinary system: irritation of tissue of kidneys that is shown by a back pain and at completion of urination.

At prolonged use (more than 2 months) medicine can cause a spasm of muscles, violation from a digestive tract.

5 g (1 dessertspoon) of collecting to place

in the enameled ware, to fill in 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, to close a cover and to insist on the boiling water bath of 15 minutes. To cool at the room temperature within 45 minutes, to filter, to wring out the rest to the filtered infusion. To bring the volume of infusion boiled water to 200 ml. To accept in a warm look on ⅓–½ a glass 2–3 times a day in 30 minutes prior to food within 20–30 days.

Before the use infusion is recommended to be shaken up.

Overdose

Strengthening of manifestations of side reactions.

application by the patient accepting anticoagulants, antibiotics, streptocides, contraceptives, hypotensive (blockers of calcium channels), gipokholesterinemichesky means (statins), female sex hormones, cardiac glycosides.

Drug can exponentiate action of the means stimulating the central nervous system, analeptics, hypoglycemic means and to suppress effect of sedative and somnolent medicines.

In complex therapy arfazetin promotes decrease in doses of oral anti-diabetic medicines.
