It has an amber-brown color and a bittersweet aftertaste, reminiscent of Jägermeister and Benedictine. Tibarin is drunk after meals as a digestif to improve digestion. It is excellent to drink slightly chilled in its pure form, and it is also added to tea, cocktails and desserts. Fruits, especially dates, are suitable as a snack.

Mix the contents of the package with 2 liters of drink with an 85% strength and leave for 3 days.
Add 2 liters of water to the infusion and distill together with spices. Select to 60% ABV in stream.
You should get approximately 2 liters of aromatic drink with a strength of 60%.
Prepare syrup from 1.2 kg of sugar and 300 ml of water.

We make a blend: 2 liters of aromatic drink with a strength of 60% + 1 liter of sugar syrup.
