"Currant" Set of spices for strong drink (3 l)

Classic currant strong drink. The taste and smell correspond to the smell of young, just sprouted leaves and ripe currant fruits.

Pour the spices from the set into a container and pour 3.6 liters of strong drink 40%.
Infuse for 7 days in a warm, dark place.
Filter and dilute the infusion to a strength of 30%.
Distill the infusion to a strength of 45-50% in a stream.
The resulting product is diluted with water to a strength of 40%.
To soften, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably in syrup form).
After 2-3 days of rest, the drink will be ready.

If using a gin basket, use 10 liters of 30% alcohol.
Select the first 100 g of heads separately.
Collect the body to 50% strength in a stream.
Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days.
The estimated amount of the final drink is about 6 liters.
