"Ouzo" Set of spices for strong drink (3 l)

This strong drink, generously flavored with anise and other spices, is considered one of the national drinks of Greece. Ouzo is attractive, in addition to its unusual rich taste, because of its original way of serving - the drink is usually drunk not in its pure form, but diluted with cold water and/or ice.

Pour the spices from the set into a container and pour 2 liters of alcohol (strength not lower than 70%).
Infuse for 2 days in a warm, dark place. Dilute the tincture to a strength of 25-30%.
Make a slow distillation of the tincture. Take 2% of the goals.
Select up to 47% of the body in the stream. Dilute the finished drink to a strength of 45%.
Add 400 g of sugar syrup. After 2-3 days of rest, the drink will be ready.

If using a gin basket, use 10 liters of 30% alcohol.
Select the first 100 g of heads separately.
Collect the body to 50% strength in a stream.
Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days.
The estimated amount of the final drink is about 6 liters.
