"Raspberry" Set of spices for strong drink (3 l)

A strong drink with notes of ripe raspberries, a natural sweetish tint and a fruity aftertaste.

Pour the spices from the set into a container and pour 3.6 liters of 40% strong drink.
Infuse for 7 days in a warm, dark place.
Filter and dilute the infusion to a strength of 30%.
Distill the infusion to a strength of 45-50% in a stream.
The resulting product is diluted with water to a strength of 40%.
To soften, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably in syrup form).
After 2-3 days of rest, the drink will be ready.

If using a gin basket, use 10 liters of 30% alcohol.
Select the first 100 g of heads separately.
Collect the body to 50% strength in a stream.
Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days.
The estimated amount of the final drink is about 6 liters.
