"Gdansk Mint" Set of spices for strong drink (3l)

Recipe for a strong drink 40% based on peppermint, which has a wonderful aroma and wonderful refreshing taste, as well as carefully selected spices. The developed composition of ingredients significantly improves the taste, softening it and making it more pleasant to smell.

Pour the spices from the set into a container and pour 3.6 liters of strong drink 40%.
Infuse for 10 days in a warm, dark place.
Filter and dilute the infusion to a strength of 30%.
Distill the infusion to a strength of 45-50% in a stream.
The resulting product is diluted with water to a strength of 40%.
To soften, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably in syrup form).
After 2-3 days of rest, the drink will be ready.

If using a gin basket, take 10 liters of 30% spirit.
Select the first 100 g of heads separately.
Collect the body to 50% strength in a stream.
Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days.
The estimated amount of the final drink is about 6 liters.
