Amizon is an antiviral means for system use. Амизон® it is shown for treatment and prevention of flu and acute respiratory viral infections.

Structure

• 1 tablet contains амизона® (an enisamiuma of iodide) 250 mg (0.25 g);
• excipients: lactose, cellulose microcrystalline, povidone, sodium of a kroskarmelloz, calcium stearate;
• cover: OPADRY II Clear 85F19250 (polyethyleneglycol, polysorbate 80, polyvinyl alcohol, talc).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to medicaments which contain iodide, molecular iodine or covalently connected iodine and also to other components of drug.

Route of administration

Tablet of an enisamium of iodide swallow of

, without chewing in 2 hours prior to food.

Maximum single dose - 1000 mg (1 g), the maximum daily dose - 2000 mg (2 g).

Treatment. The adult enisamium iodide 2 times a day appoint in a dose 500 mg (0.5 g) 3 times or 1000 mg (1 g).

to Children aged from 6 up to 12 years are appointed on 125 mg (0.125 g) by 2-3 times a day.

Prevention. To adults and children 16 years - on 250 mg (0.25 g) within 3-5 days, further - on 250 mg (0.25 g) of 1 times in 2-3 days within 2-3 weeks to children of 6-12 years - on 125 mg (0.125 g) every other day within 2-3 weeks to children aged from 12 up to 16 years - on 250 mg (0.25 g) every other day within 2-3 weeks are more senior.
