Structure

1 ampoule contains an etilmetilgidroksipiridina of succinate of 100.0 mg;

Route of administration

Struyno's

to administer the medicament slowly within 5-7 minutes, by drop infusion - with a speed of 40-60 thaws a minute. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 1200 mg.

In acute disorders of cerebral circulation to use medicament in the first 10-14 days - intravenously by drop infusion on 200-500 mg 2-4 times a day, then - intramusculary on 200-250 mg 2-3 times a day within 2 weeks.

In distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy in a decompensation phase medicament should be used by drop infusion in a dose of 200-500 mg 1-2 times a day within 14 days. Then - intramusculary on 100-250 mg a day within 2 weeks.

For course prevention of distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy to administer the medicament intramusculary on 200-250 mg 2 times a day within 10-14 days.

At easy cognitive violations at patients of advanced age and at anxiety disorders medicament is used intramusculary in a dose of 100-300 mg a day within 14-30 days.

In an abstinence alcoholic syndrome to administer the medicament in a dose 200-500 mg intravenously or intramusculary 2-3 times a day within 5-7 days.

Overdose

At overdose the development of violations, such as insomnia, in certain cases - drowsiness
